StaticIP.in provides static IP address services, including but not limited to:

• IPv4 and IPv6 static IP addresses
• HTTP/HTTPS proxy services
• 24/7 monitoring and support
• API integration services
• Enterprise solutions and custom configurations

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

3. Service Plans and Pricing

3.1 Pricing

Current pricing for our services is displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

3.3 Billing and Payment

• All services must be paid in advance
• Payment is due immediately upon service activation
• We accept payments through authorized payment gateways
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

4. Service Usage and Restrictions

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services:

• For any illegal activities or to facilitate illegal activities
• To violate any local, state, national, or international law
• To transmit spam, malware, or any malicious content
• To engage in any form of network abuse or denial of service attacks
• To access or attempt to access systems or networks without authorization
• For cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities
• To circumvent geographical restrictions on copyrighted content

4.2 IP Address Usage

• Each IP address is licensed for use by a single domain/website unless otherwise specified
• Additional domains require separate IP addresses or additional fees
• IP addresses cannot be transferred between accounts
• Secondary IP addresses are recommended for 99.99% uptime guarantee

4.3 IPv6 Compatibility

For IPv6 services, your network and website must support IPv6 protocol. You can verify IPv6 compatibility at staticip.in/myip.

5. Service Availability and Uptime

5.1 Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime, planned or unplanned.

5.2 Maintenance

We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice when possible.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Trial Period

Trial subscriptions are provided for testing purposes and may have limited refund eligibility.

6.2 Refunds

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Technical issues that prevent service usage may be eligible for refunds
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service activation
• Services that have been actively used may not be eligible for full refunds

6.3 Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StaticIP.in regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
